Our chef Venessa Almanza, who attended Le Cordon Bleu Culanary School in San Francisco and worked at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand Las Vegas. She also worked as a chef at The Nines in downtown Modesto. She is a very experienced chef and specializes in exquisite fine dining.

We have two full bars on location and professional bartenders on staff. We are contracted with a security company and fully licensed for on and off-premise liquor sales by the CA Alcohol Beverage Control. |
