Our commercial kitchen is designed to handle large-scale food preparation and can accommodate required upgrades and equipment replacements. All equipment is durable and designed specifically for mass food production that also incorporates safety features, including safety shields and finger guards.
All cuisine can be prepared as determined by the Executive Chef's setup; within the various types of food preparation and cooking stations. Our kitchen stations include catering, baking and grill and sauté. Each station provides the space and the necessary equipment to prepare and serve dishes for a variety of menu offerings. From raw materials to plating, the stations have everything for the chef and his staff.
